Plans and execute transfer plans of the Management & Non Management employees country wide based on the functional and business requirements. Monitors staff performance and fosters positive & productive enviornment with high degre of cooperation and staff morale. Processes the disciplinary cases in line with the prevailing regulations and mediates in cases of staff grievances where necessary. Deals with leave management affairs. Saftey & Security matters. Protocol Management during visit of top management.
